The government has now released the latest Academies Financial Handbook
The 2018 edition of the Academies Financial Handbook, which sets out the financial management, control and reporting requirements that apply to all academy trusts, has been released.
It describes a financial framework that focuses on principles rather than detailed guidance, and reflects trusts’ accountability to parliament and to the public.
