The final EdExec LIVE event of 2024 brought together school business leaders from across the country at the beautiful Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate. Attendees gathered to learn, network and engage in a series of informative sessions in a warm and supportive atmosphere.

The day was packed with insights from a lineup of expert speakers, including Andy Mellor, Bal Bains, Rebecca Cunliffe, and Kevin Parker as well as others. The “Quick Fix” sessions—short, impactful seminars designed to provide immediate, practical advice—were especially popular, offering attendees valuable tips and strategies in bite-sized formats.

Laura Williams, Education Executive editor, delivered the welcome address, and there was plenty of opportunity for delegates to interact with key industry providers and explore the latest educational products and services in the exhibitor area.

Reflecting on the event, Laura said, “It was a great day – everyone I spoke to said how much they liked the venue, the atmosphere and the opportunity to reconnect and catch up with old and new friends in the school business manager community. It was a great way to wrap up another fantastic year. Now we’re looking onwards to 2025!”

In 2025, EdExec LIVE will expand its reach across the UK, aiming to make these events more accessible to school business leaders nationwide. With eight events already confirmed and the potential for additional dates to be added, next year’s lineup promises to offer even more opportunities for professional growth, networking, and collaboration.
