As our free and discounted promotional tickets are in very high demand, and to be fair to all applicants, please be advised that terms and conditions apply, which do include a charge for any tickets that are not cancelled within our cancellation period. Specifically;

• If less than fourteen days’ notice of your non-attendance is given, an automatic invoice will be raised for a cancellation fee
• If less than seven days’ notice of your non-attendance is given, an automatic invoice will be raised for the full, non-subsidised ticket rate.
• Where delegate is a no-show, an automatic invoice will be raised for the full, non-subsidised ticket rate.
