Being 10% braver to disrupt the status quo for SBLs working in education
Seminar brief: The status quo in education means that many school business leaders are not members of the senior leadership team or are chief operation officers in trusts; your pay is not commensurate with what you are worth; you may not be seen as school leaders. Christina and WomenEd want to help us to disrupt all of this.
In this seminar Christina Jamil will explore:
- Why does this situation exist?
- What would you want the ideal situation to be?
- What can be done to change this?
Take home points:
- You can be 10% braver and positively disrupt.
- Being 10% braver will open doors that seem closed.
- You can and will be seen as a leader in education.
This session is for: school business leaders/school business managers
