Andy, who served as National President of the NAHT from May 2018 to May 2019, now holds a dual role as National Director of Wellbeing for Schools Advisory Service and strategic lead at the Carnegie Centre of Excellence at Leeds Beckett University.
In his keynote address, Andy will empower school leaders to build their confidence ahead of OFSTED inspections and offer practical tools to help navigate the inspection process with greater ease. His talk will focus on creating a strong, school-wide culture that supports effective teaching and sustainable learning environments—while ensuring that staff are not overwhelmed by the prospect of an inspection.
