A new service for a new school year

This is why we have developed a dedicated Leadership Supervision support service specifically for schools. This helps leaders manage job stress, foster emotional resilience and promote professional growth through reflective sessions. Our service is broken down into three areas:
Life Coaching Supervision: Our specialists offer regular 1-to-1 or group leadership supervision support. This provides school leaders with strategies and models to help them make sense of the most common challenges and problems they face in their daily roles.
Reflective Practice Supervision: This offers you an opportunity to confidentially discuss any issues you are facing with our in-house team of experienced headteachers and education professionals. Our experts can offer guidance and potential solutions from new and innovative perspectives, along with practical solutions that you can implement in your school.
Crisis Supervision: In the event of a crisis, we are here to support you when the pressures and demands of your role become overwhelming. We will help you navigate the situation and provide advice and support precisely when you need it most.
