EdExec LIVE is delighted to announce that Rebecca Beaver, a leading voice in school business leadership and operational strategy, will be speaking at EdExec LIVE West Midlands, taking place on 1st May 2025 at The Hawthorns, Birmingham.
Rebecca is the lead resource and business management consultant at RBMA and has been an accredited School Resource Management Adviser (SRMA) since 2019. She currently serves on the SRMA accreditation panel, helping to uphold standards across the sector. A respected figure in the field, Rebecca was recognised with the ISBL CEO Award for Exceptional Contribution to School Business Leadership in 2023.
As an associate consultant and fellow of ISBL, Rebecca has made significant contributions to the development of school business strategy, including her recent involvement in the ISBL Operational Excellence (OpEx) report and framework. She also supports delivery of the DfE-funded Strategic Planning and Operational Leadership Local Support Offer and serves as an associate assessor for Best Practice Network, contributing to the Diploma in School Business Management (DSBM).
