From the mag: The illogical logic of the SBM

In the September issue of Education Executive, Laura Williams, school leadership coach, trainer and SBL podcaster takes a trip down memory lane and muses over her reasons for buying multiple A-Z map books.

Laura posits that very often, doing something is better than doing nothing at all, and forward momentum is the most important thing. In a time where things seemed beyond her control, Laura was able to use those A-Zs as a way of making sense of a situation – even if it didn’t quite make sense in retrospect. That’s why we should all embrace the illogical at times and do whatever it takes to help keep ourselves moving forward.
