Rebecca Cunliffe returns to EdExec LIVE in Harrogate with expert strategies for building better relationships with governing boards
Education Executive is excited to be welcoming Rebecca Cunliffe to the upcoming EdExec LIVE Harrogate event, set to take place on Wednesday, November 6th. Following the success of her presentation at the EdExec LIVE South event earlier this year, where she received outstanding feedback, Rebecca is back to equip school business leaders with the essential skills and strategies needed to optimise their relationships with governing boards.
Reflecting on her previous session, Rebecca acknowledged that many school leaders find presenting to governing boards daunting. “For some, presenting to the governing board can feel overwhelming because we are unsure what is expected and have a fear of being asked questions we cannot answer. It’s about taking away that fear factor and knowing you’re prepared with the right information.”
The session in Harrogate will be interactive, with Rebecca sharing actionable strategies that attendees can take back to their schools to share with leadership teams, helping to influence positive changes within governing boards. Attendees will leave with insights that can improve the effectiveness of board meetings and enhance decision-making processes.
In addition to her speaking engagements at the LIVE events, Rebecca has recently contributed several insightful articles to Education Executive on topics such as budget planning, shared parental leave, and preparing for Ofsted inspections.
