We recognise the last 12 months have been challenging and have seen a halt to much of the strategic thinking and development in schools as you have had to focus on the immediate issues the pandemic presented.
Now is the time to look closely at what is happening within our sector and further develop and enhance the learning opportunities for the communities we serve. As SBPs, you want to invigorate ‘development’ and ‘growth’ while ensuring you meet the needs of pupils and that both are possible with the available resources.
The ISBL national conference will provide an opportunity for rich discussion, facilitated, and inspired by leading sector specialists – through panel discussions, fireside chats, and evidence-based, practitioner-led workshops – who will share their expertise and wealth of knowledge with you.
Whether you are looking to gain greater understanding about how to further incorporate flexible working/learning within your school, seeking lessons learned from the pandemic, or just curious to know how your colleagues have navigated the challenges presented to them, the event will offer access both virtually and in person.
With over 16 workshops covering all areas of the ISBL Professional Standards, there is something for every school business professional. Topics include:
- Strategy development
- Diversity, equality, and inclusion (DE&I)
- Developing wellbeing cultures in schools
- Procurement updates: What you need to be aware of and act on
- Working together to improve models of collaboration
- Rapport and resilience in developing remote environments…plus many more.
And numerous opportunities to network with colleagues across the two-day event. Why not take a look at what is on offer at the event. The programme for the event is now live and available to download: conference programme.
